On July 13, 2017, Beijing SIO Technology Co., Ltd. held a new product appraisal meeting in Yanjiao National Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hebei Province. After on-site review by the expert group, the ASE light source developed by SIO met the technical requirements and successfully passed the expert group's product appraisal, marking the completion of the product's finalization and formal production transfer.
With its rich experience in the production of military optoelectronic devices and profound industry technology accumulation, SIO has developed ASE light source products that fully meet customer needs. The ASE light source that passed the product appraisal this time has the characteristics of high output power, good wavelength stability, non-polarized radiation, insensitivity to ultraviolet rays, and long service life. After careful review, the members of the expert group unanimously agreed that the technical documents and process documents of this type of ASE light source are complete. After ground identification tests and user trial assessments, the various technical indicators of the product meet the requirements of the technical task book.
The ASE specification products that passed the appraisal this time are specially designed and optimized for the actual needs of high-precision fiber optic gyroscopes. Through reasonable structural design and strict test screening, it is ensured that the spectral ripple and output power stability of the light source are optimal under full temperature conditions. The product can be widely used in fiber optic gyroscope systems, optical coherence imaging, fiber optic sensing systems, optical communication systems and other fields. At present, SIO has built a production line with large-scale production capacity around this product and incorporated it into system management, and has formed a stable batch supply capacity.
