On April 13, leaders of SIO visited Guangzhineng Company to attend the acceptance and delivery ceremony of the multi-channel SLD light source driver and PIN-FET automatic test system. The multi-channel light source driver newly developed by Guangzhin is mainly suitable for aging test and performance inspection of semiconductor laser products in production or development. A single chassis can reach 16 channels, and each channel can independently set parameters and monitor the status of the light source. The multi-channel light source driver is equipped with a USB interface, which can automatically record and analyze data with the host computer software, and can form an automatic test system. It also has functions such as real-time monitoring of various states of the laser and safety protection, which can facilitate safe production and troubleshooting.
